Nashville Soccer Club Acquires $50k in 2026 General Allocation Money from St. Louis CITY SC in Exchange for Loan of Charles-Emile Brunet

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Sept. 2, 2026) – Nashville Soccer Club announced today it has acquired $50,000 in 2026 General Allocation Money (GAM) from St. Louis CITY SC in exchange for the loan of midfielder Charles-Emile Brunet through the 2026 MLS season. As part of the deal, St. Louis has the option to permanently acquire Brunet for a fee at the conclusion of the loan.  

Drafted by Nashville SC in the third round of the 2026 MLS SuperDraft, Brunet signed with the Boys in Gold in February of 2026. The midfielder appeared seven times this season for NSC and scored one goal and registered two assists in eight appearances for Nashville’s MLS NEXT Pro affiliate Huntsville City Football Club.  

Transaction: Nashville SC acquires $50K in 2026 GAM from St. Louis CITY SC in exchange for the loan of Charles-Emile Brunet through the 2026 MLS season. St. Louis has the option to permanently acquire Brunet for a fee at the conclusion of the loan.
